The staff needs customer service training. The Hispanic lady at the reception desk is horribly rude and should not work with people. She has the worst attitude and many other customers have complained about her as well.
The clerk’s at 2850 location do not have necessary training for the position. They sit and want you to get up and get to the desk. Myhip was broke and the clerk called me four times to walk!

The front Desk staff were very patient with me. My appointment was a little disorganized, missing certain paperwork but they helped me out EVERY step of the way. The physical therapist are all GREAT, welcoming, professional and make your experience fun during recovery. They also work well with my busy schedule.
