I received a collection notice but never a bill in the first place. When I called to find out if they ever sent a bill they said well no but this is only their in house collections so no need to worry if you pay. I asked if this is their way of scaring people into paying and the phone was silent. This is not right to do to people.
Billed my insurance completely wrong 8 months after all of the other bills. After spending countless hours on the phone I figured it out, and they are completely at fault. Like everyone else has said, it’s insane, immoral, and someone should be held accountable.
This place is a scam.
