Called to check why my bill was double what it was the months before and their condescending answer was i used more water, of course there is more water usage, it could be anything from a leak to a water meter malfunctioning.
I want everyone to know how disappointed I am about the customer service there! They are never nice but this time it takes the cake! I won’t even give it a star!
Simply called to ask a question and the receptionist cuts me off mid sentence and would not even let me finish. EXTREMELY RUDE. If you don’t like your job do everyone a favor and find another one.
