Dr. McNeil did a great job ! My allergies were making me miserable and after him diagnosing me specifically what I am allergic to and him treating it I feel so much better . I recommend him to anybody dealing with allergies .

The receptionists need to demonstrate confidentiality. The receptionist that helped me made sure to announce quite loudly so that others waiting in the check-in line could hear that I needed to check specific boxes because I am a medicaid patient. More discretion would be appreciated.

Changed their shot hours again without notification. They stopped providing Saturday hours and only offering hours during the week and now they have pushed those times to be less convenient. Why would they not notify their patients of the hour changes.

I have seen Dr. McNeil for years for my asthma and allergies. He’s the best!! He always asks for life updates and remembers things about me even with having 100s of patients. His office is always on time. My parents also see him and we’ve all had nothing but good experiences.
