When I got there did not have to wait long, doctor Conoyer was up to date on my past medical history, I didn’t have tell him anything. Diagnosed me right away.
Brought in an elderly friend and the front desk gal took the time to clearly explain everything to him in a clear professional manner. When we sat down he said he knew he was in good hands.
Terrible experience. Dr. Page was awful. Had to see another Dr. elsewhere to get things resolved after the visit. They also managed to tack on as many expenses as possible to run up the bill. Go somewhere else.
I went for dizzy spells and I was given an unnecessary procedure, a hearing test!
Billed over $200 for the visit. Went back to confront when I got the bill and they were of NO help rectifying.
I was billed for a service I did not request and only paid in protest so it would not go to collections. I also discussed private issues that they also denied helping me with which are too private to share publicly.
I will NEVER go there again!

With our country’s current pandemic, felt very comfortable walking into Midwest ENT. Waiting area was clean, chairs were distanced appropriately , patients had masks, hand sanitizers out for people to use.
Dr Ben is the best!! He has been seeing my family for years and is amazing with my children! I highly recommend this place to everyone and I would not trust my kids ears with anyone else 🙂
