Not good. We may have used it’s services. But never received any bill or reminder, suddenly after 6 months received a mail from collection agency. This is stupid. You can just let me know, by post instead of collection agency.
Worst customer experience. I paid my claim. They told me they cannot find the payment. I sent the proof of payment and was on the phone with them for an hour. They keep asking the same questions. The representative does not speak English and cannot understand anything.
