I moved here in 1996 from the Arizona desert. Milcrofton water prices were 5 times higher. They are greedy and are one of the highest in the country, not just middle Tennessee.
Would give negative stars if possible. Not sure who manages this place but no way would any of their employees work for me. Worst customer service ever. Sad that they have a racket out here and there are no other options. They would be bankrupt!
By far the worst customer service I have experienced in sometime. Not only is it the highest priced water in middle TN but the people in the office are extremely rude. It’s unfortunate that a customer who has multiple accounts with this company is not treated with respect.
If you really love spending multiple days trying to see if the website is going to let you give THEM money today and crossing your fingers then this company is for you. Their payment system is literally borked 80% of the time. It is a complete f’ing joke of a “company”.
