My wife had a zoom call with the doctor that lasted no more than 10 minutes and was charged $138… That’s AFTER insurance coverage! So they bill $320 per “office visit” even if it’s done over Zoom for a fraction of the time an actual visit would take. This is ABSURD!!

What a wonderful work force at Milford Regional Urgent Care at 1280 W Central St in Franklin. I have had to use the services 3 times in the last month and was treated with concern and professionalism. I went in on Sat. Oct. 16, 2021 at 4 in the afternoon. The staff went above and beyond to help me out of my misery.
Wow! Dr. Darbanga left me in PAIN for days!!! This place is the WORST. What a joke. Office is USELESS and care there is horrendous. Also secretary flat out lied to office about me. STAY AWAY
