If you are in a very bad emergency you’ll be better to go to St. Joeseph hospital or estern Maine medical center in Bangor. If you have a fever or hives just go to Millinocket regional hospital.
On 7/18/2020 I drove to the walk in clinic to find it closed on a Saturday (which is ridiculous since they are only open during the same hours as a doctor during the week. I ended up going to the ER in Millinocket. The nurse that did my …
The nurses and doctors at Millinocket Regional Hospital have more compassion than I have ever seen in any other hospital. I will never forget their attentive and considerate care of my loved one – above and beyond anything I could have expected or imagined.
The staff at MRH are caring ,compassionate and thoughtful.we are fortunate to have our own hospital in our own community. Excellent care. I would hate to have to travel to Bangor or Houlton in an emergency !

No physicians in the ER.
Margret in the er department was extremely professional and kind
