RUDE and completely shady they way they charge for “late payments”. Don’t try to ask for clarification on your bill either. They will treat you like a freaking criminal. No way to view or pay online either.
I’ve never had any issues with them. People are complaining about having to walk in and pay. Do y’all not know that you can mail them a check? I’ve been doing it for years. Quit complaining about something so simple, and focus that energy on doing something productive.

Very OUTDATED on everything! They make you drive over to them for any and everything. There is no online pay options! You can’t even setup auto draft without going in. I just confirmed with my bank that my online payments went out …
They’re just completely outdated, its 2022 and you have to get in your car and drive over there for pretty much anything. No website, no email system, no fax machine, I honestly don’t believe that they have a computer. They do have a telephone, I guess that’s something. And the rude people working there don’t help :/
