The telephone menu system doesn’t give an option to speak with someone unless your question falls into 4 or 5 specific categories. I have a simple question that would take a few seconds to answer but I don’t see a way to ask the question…….
horrible credit union. high intrest rates, dont care about their consumers well being, and if you are a day late from the grace period they report you 30 days late, even if u call ahead they will just say oh well there’s absolutely nothing …

I have been with this Credit Union for over 30 years, and it’s always been a good experience. Just recentlyI needed a quick transaction done, and they pulled some strings and got it done for me. Thanks
We had fraudulent activity on our account. Building and Trades does not help you with this. They make you cancel your cards, call another # that will do a “investigation” It takes at least 10 days to find out weather you will get your money …
I think the Building Trades Credit Union are a bunch of thieves. I received a letter two weeks ago telling me that they’re going to start taking money out of my accounts because I haven’t used them. I went to close them I had $50 in a savings account and $50 in a checking account they gave me $25.

Yes we were forced to join your credit union to access our vacation fund! But at least there’s 3 inconvenient locations!
