They are one of the worst places for customer service. Julie is a rep in customer service and needs to find another line of work. Maybe a s a cattle caller. Her supervisor Lorene just defends Julie and her rude behavior. There is no respect for the Residential Customer.
5 times I’ve lost power in 4 weeks. Over the holidays and with actual outside temps of -30. They keep blaming excel however excel costumers next neighborhood over still have power.
These folks guided our journey to go solar and now send us $1,000 each year for the extra electricity we produce. They helped us minimize our costs and maximize our production by making the right choices to service our home.

Great experience with Customer Service getting our new service set up! I had incorrectly entered our address into the online form, the rep went the extra mile to reach out to me personally to get everything correct and set up.
