The front line people who answer the phone are unhelpful and nasty. They are annoyed by any questions and cannot be bothered to help. It’s unfortunate because this lab is supposed to be the best lab for what they do.
Great place to work. People are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The community culture is second to none and the work is meaningful and engaging. If you don’t work here, you should be applying.
