The employees were very respectful, courteous, and generous. I did some work in this building for a local company, I feel like me and my coworkers were treated as an equal in the worlplace even though we are a separate company.

Why is it when you pay a bill and they don’t log it correctly you get a nasty letter from Amanda in collections and you try calling her and leave multiple messages she never calls you back ?

I have other insurers trying to lure my business from them but I’ve stayed with them because of competitive rates and great service.
