  1. It would be nice if they answered the phone once in a while when you had a question. Or even called you back when you leave a message. It took me calling every 5 minutes for about an hour to get someone to answer. Guess they got tired of the phone ringing. I’ll be moving my business elsewhere.

  2. They went out of their way to help when my machine suddenly quit this week. I had some trouble getting a live person, but I kept calling until I did. Once I actually talked to someone, they were kind and worked hard to solve my problem.

I have been trying for over a month to get cpap supplies and only once did i recieve a call back from the most unprofessional person who doused like she was working out of her house with kids and tv. Ive used mitchell for most of 9 years and this past year has been horrible. Their customer service is just awful.

  5. It took me over a month to get c pap supplies, then when I finally received them, they didn’t fit the machine I have. They were given all the model and stock numbers and still couldn’t get it right. Then when I call, no one is ever available, messages never returned, or they just don’t answer the phone. Extremely poor service.

I always work with the same person, and I can always count on a return call, ordering my supplies is so easy, I love the personal attention to the details of my insurance, Teddy has always taken great care of my CPAP supplies and making sure I get what I need when I’m due
