Worst experience with any financial institution. They can’t seem to mail me a debit card, they kept my lost credit card account open for 8 months after I reported it, and they can’t seem to answer the phone.
I love Mobiloil, their commercial/business side is extremely amicable and their team is always professional and courteous. Not to mention their app is way ahead of most smaller credit unions.

I received a letter a few months ago asking if I wanted to close my account and have a check mail to me with my remaining balance , I declined to close it and today I received another letter stating that my account has a zero balance so where is my money?
