It is extremely important to us that chemicals are not used anywhere near our organic restaurant so we are very happy to have found a pest company that uses organic methods to keep pests at bay.
The services received were not worth my hard earned money. I spoke with Dave and he did not deliver what was promised. I would not recommend this company. I still have a pest problem. What a waste of money!
We had a lot of trouble with Martin over the past couple years and didn’t know it till it was too late. He falsified records and the company continued billing us. Stay far away unless you want to verify their work and watch them like a hawk.

The gentleman that came sprayed substance in cracks where insects were spotted coming out. However, there is still small scratching noises in the walls which stund my son. If there is still sitings or noise, i will definitely contact.

I’ve been using MP for a couple years. External service is always a simple spray, never a thoughtful search and treatment of where the carpenter ants might be entering my house. Responsiveness keeps me paying but I’m not sure it’s actually getting at the problem.

I hired Modern for a VA loan termite inspection. The technician was a PRO and did not mind educating me and helping me become a better guardian of my home. So EXCELLENT company – John M. is very good at his job, so probably Modern has great people all around.
