You can go to other places here in Modesto for the same thing, but you can’t get the service and attention to the hundreds of people who go there for services. Their demeanor, attention to the needs of the patient and professional service make it the MAIN reason I will go back and back.

M.R.I. is usually busy and that’s understandable. Have patience. Staff is so friendly. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia so I don’t move very fast but the X-ray tech was so kind. He slowed his pace down to my turtle speed and was very compassionate.

I went to have a mri on my shoulder. And the guy that injected my shoulder with the die really did a good job. Making me feel very comfortable talking to me during the process because I hate needles.

Not sure what the experience is with an appointment in a different area, but i went in for unscheduled exrays and they were super quick and polite. I was in and out of the building within an hour, having never been a patient before. Very pleased.
Very professional staff and was very helpful to me since I’m in a wheelchair always greeted with a smile. Each exam room is decorated with a beautiful theme which brought a big smile to my face.
The employees were efficient and caring. The facility was immaculate and had state of the art equipment. After my visit they followed up with me and provided me with a copy of my records. If all companies used the same customer service it would be a nice world.
I was told this place did the billing for another ( professional ) establishment. I called, only to be rudely insulted by a very immature Hispanic young man, and I’ll never use this facility again. Affirmative action at it’s best!
I’m disabled and can’t stand very long. I believe they were helping people as fast as they could. They were all very polite. They made sure everyone kept their distance from each other in this epidemic we’re having. I will recommend them just like I always have.

I was a walk-in for X-Ray and was told there was a 4 hour wait. Soon after that I was called to the desk and paper work done and sent up to X-ray. I was pleasantly surprised to be out in under an hour.
The staff is cheerful and pleasant. The waiting room is often cold in the winter, and the security guard pressed into service as a medical screener is an odd choice but overall they took great care of my mom.

I had a walk in for xrays. Staff were fast and made sure I knew where to go to get everything done. The wait time was fast and I spent no more than 30-35 mins inside the building from start to finish.
