Never have I had an internet company where I was unable to run a speedtest. Fun fact, did you know that the International Space Station has faster internet than Mokan Dial?
Monday – Friday only. Have an issue on the weekend your screwed until Monday. Tech support blows. I’ve had constant issues with the reliability of their service.
Called about my internet disconnecting itself and being painfully awful, guy comes out to work on it the next day, works on it for maybe 5 minutes, then leaves. Works good for about 3 hours then goes back to being garbage. Thanks.

This is the worst internet service we have ever had. Slow, unreliable, service constantly stops. It is virtually impossible to stream anything because of the constant service interruptions. The best option for our small town! And by far the most reasonably priced of them all while still getting you what you need. We only do streaming and haven’t had any issues with the internet crashing or slow speeds like our old provider.
