Damage caused by drivers not staying on the road and intentionally running over barriers has led us to take our garbage down to the main road which is difficult but has stopped the damage.
It’s so hard to get ahold of these people. They make it difficult for you to even pay your bill. I can’t stand the phone system they have. Please, please hire more people or update your system. You serve too many people to not be this established.
Esther at the office is so rude!!!! When the truck spilled my garbage she said I’m an angry person!!! She hung up on me twice and refuses to let me speak to a supervisor. This is the this time this has happened!!! Who else would be upset? I know she would.
Great service and easy to work with! Drivers have always been friendly and professional. The office staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Its nice to work with a local company who cares about its customers like me.

Total garbage. Pun intended. I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved to Oregon City five a years ago. Every time I call I wait on hold for 10+ minutes. When I leave messages I never get return calls and have to make multiple calls to resolve the issue.
They come through Barton in Clarendon at 5:40 in the morning and they’ve been in a one block area for 45 minutes making a lot of noise and coming through here intentionally making noise and they’ve been doing it every week

Called once to get quoted for extra trash, and the rep that helped me was super friendly. Was never missed when we had service at our rental home. When I need our recycling bin emptied, Logan is the man! Call or text him and he’s on it. Today, I texted him asking for a recycling bin pick up (large, commercial-sized one) and he was here in 10 minutes.
