On Dec 19 at abt 5 AM I called 911 unfortunately I got Monroe Ambulance I was not happy at how they acted they wanted my husband to walk out to the ambulance his* BP was 66/36 it was freezing out he was suffering from over.load Water …
The ambulance end of Monroe ambulance was OK. It is the billing end. My mother’s ins. Paid what was due, however the billing office never sent her the bill for what she owed for her co-payment. It was almost 5 months before we heard from them. Which was 3 months after she died. Seriously????
I encountered an Extremely rude and impatient driver. I’m absolutely disgusted with his behavior. Do no use this transportation system. The driver refused to wait five minutes for the gentleman he was picking up causing the man to wait an hour for him to return. Despicable!
Had wonderful transportation provided today both trips – going to and coming home. Kind, compassionate, timely, and reliable !! I am requesting for them to be my only transportation company, and I’ve used almost them all locally. 5 stars today “Boys” – good job.
I had to go in a ambulance to highland hospital! I had the best people ever ! Madi and Alex they took good care of me , made sure I was comfortable calmed me down !
