  1. The worst costumer support I have ever dealt with. The support is rude and when you try and deal with a manager they are just as rude. If it wasn’t the only internet, that isn’t limited, I could get where I live, I would cancel in a heart beat.

This company is soooo trash if I could rate 0 stars I would like when the WiFi isn’t working they will say it’s good on their end but they lie to u and when they come to house and fix it they did the things to your WiFi that isn’t even needed so don’t go with Monster Broadband if you are looking for a internet provider

  3. Called tech support and said all is fine on their end. (this goes on for a week and talked to several techs) so must be router. go out and buy new router. Guess what still have same problem. Now they say will be Thursday before someone can check it out. So two weeks and not internet service.

  4. They are technically incompetent, rude and blame you for tier issues. They get a government subsidy and wasted it. The lady running the store will not you escalate an issue claiming she is the top. Stay away

  6. Awesome company with awesome employees! We have been customers for several years, and recently began experiencing some very uncommon technical issues that took some time to figure out. They were very kind and understanding of our frustrations, and they worked diligently to get everything back up to speed – HIGH SPEED!

  7. Whoever the lady was that answers the phone was so incredibly rude! I stayed home from work. Monday for the installation, nobody ever showed up. The lady that answered the phone insisted she knew they were there and continued to argue the matter, instead of moving forward . Her demeanor turned me off to even having their service
