Was quoted 4 different prices for contact exam. Came in on day of exam. And again was quoted another price. The “manager”. Brenna is extremely snotty. I won’t be coming back. It’s sad when you’ll get better treatment from a chain than a local business.
Long time eye doctor for our whole family. Recently had a massive headache with pain behind my eyes, turns out it was my sinuses. They were willing to see me on a Sunday, but didn’t go in because the meds prescribed worked great! Smart guys 🙂
I have been going to Dr. Hasquet for over 25 years. I have always received professional and excellent services and wonderful caring and friendliness from both doctors and staff. The place is always nice and clean. That is the same way I feel for the optical services.
My wife has been completely stood up on warranty work by this company. They were supposed to replace her frames over a month and a half ago but after at first assuring her it would be taken care of now don’t even bother calling her back. Terrible business practice and any future work will definitely not be with them.

Rob is great but the office super poorly run. I’m a regular patient over the years and do not see any improvement. Also, you can wait for Rob to return a call after leaving him a message and chances are he doesn’t return the call. This time I’ve waited 2 weeks and he hasn’t called. Last time it took him around 5 days.
Came in with broken glases. Ive been told they were beyond repair by other specialists. The super friendly guy went in the back and fixed it perfectly. The screws were back and tight. It wasn’t bent. They are also really expensive glases. And he did it free of charge. Amazing people!
