Rene Martin’s is unprofessional and will mock you if you dispute your bill. City Of Montebello needs to look into this matter.
Worst customer service and NOT customer friendly… maybe since they know they have a monopoly in Montebello. I have and have had properties in other cities, and this is by far the worst… very unreasonable policies and charges that don’t make any sense, but they have them cause we don’t have any other options for water supply.
ML&W charging residents a late fee during this challenging time. Even continues to send out letters regarding disconnection of services for non-payment. Shame on you!
