  13. Paying at the kiosk is impossible. Last month the kiosk took the check, but didn’t credit the account. Today, the kiosk wouldn’t even take the check. It’s ridiculous that one has to mail a payment because of the failing equipment.

  20. PLEASE upgrade to service options that allow landlords to have water and garbage services revert back to them after a tenant moves out. Crazy to have to pay new service charges each time.

  23. Worst customer service ever. If Mrs. Williams handles your customer service call be prepared for the most unpleasant experience. She goes out of her way to make it hard for people to get service and it’s been going on for years. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone catches her in public.
