Not a good experiance some of the employees are very rude and ignorant and treat people like garbage especially low income and disabled people poor poor poor service

Unfortunately this is the only option that we have in Roosevelt, but I have to say the services are the worst. Power is constantly going out with no explanation and the billing is never accurate. If I had any other options I would definitely be terminating my services.

Currently shut off our power during the covid 19 pandemic even though we are on a payment plan during the pandemic. We have paid our bills ontime with moonlake for well over 3 years with no missed payments now they are saying the recconect will be in 10 hours by which time our food will also spoil and we are already struggling.
