They are very nasty and very rude and work really slow. I just posted pictures of blood on my door poop on the walls and mysterious stains on the walls it is the worst and most gross experience I’ve ever had at a hospital I wouldn’t even come here if I was dying
Do not even bother coming in this hospital. It is terrible and the nurses do not take care of their patients. If you have an emergency just go to Monroe bc they will take better care of you.

I have never been so well taken care of before. I had day surgery and was in and out in no time. The staff treated me very well. They even called me a week later to check on how I was doing after surgery. I’ve had several surgeries before at different hospitals and they have never done that.
They refused to treat me. I am literally shocked. Doctors have a moral and ethical duty to provide care. They took my blood pressure and tempature and sent me away. I was shocked. I came from a big city and not sure if its because of tiny town mentality but they are going to kill people. Thinking of filing a suit.
Absolutely no bedside manner. They act like it’s an inconvenience to even call and request an update on your loved one with whom you’re not allowed to stay with due to COVID restrictions. MGH, you need to hire people with some phone etiquette and compassion.

Like the worst experience of my life
Up outside waiting for my baby she’s not feeling good
I was very sick. I came in, was triaged immediately, cared for very well.
Don’t go. Go somewhere else. Left there and now I am at st. Francis.
Poor service! I’ve been here with my sister who is very sick since 4:30 P.M, it is now 9:22 P.M and all they’ve done is run 3 test!!

My father in law has been here for two days and the staff has been excellent. Kudos to Morehouse General for hiring people that care.

I would not take my dog to that hospital. I have been in third world countries and been treated better.
