  10. Well. They have a nice community pool gym and a lake with fish. They are treating the lake for algae, remodel and added to gym and clubhouse. You can only have family members on weekends which is great! Lived in this association since 2005. Better than LA……

  11. I have lived here for 20 years and cannot believe facilities, including outdoor playground and pool are still closed. We continue to pay association fees for no services. When I submitted concerns via online portal, there is no response. Public playgrounds have been open for months. This is unacceptable.
