  26. We use Morris Management with our HOA in Lynnwood and could not be happier. Tim in particular is a terrific manager, extremely knowledgeable and helpful at every turn, and I would recommend to any HOA looking for a management company.

  27. DO NOT BUY A PROPERTY MANAGED BY THEM!!! I have to manage them more than I have to manage my tenants. They continually change items around and make us jump through so many hoops for whatever reason. They charge incredibly high fees and then nickle and dime for other work that needs to be done.
