  5. When i first moved into my house it took 3 weeks till they actually took my garbage. I kept calling trying to figure out when they were going to take it first it was one day then a different day.

  8. Terrible service. Sometimes they pick up the garbage, most times they don’t. Will not return calls. My best recommendation is choose a different garbage service if you have a choice.

  10. Morrow Refuse is good name, because these people refuse to do their job. They don’t even come by for weeks at a time. When you call whoever answers the phone does not sound sober. WD needs a new service ASAP.

  14. Continuous issues with Trash Collections. The collectors never take the minimal amount that is to be collected. Rude Customer Service. Continual promises that we will get a call back and never happens. Wish we could elect our trash service like you can other utilities.

  16. The worst company I have ever dealt with. They use any excuse to not take the trash. It’s too heavy. It’s too big. It’s not bagged correctly.
