They simply don’t come and pick up trash u can call all u want …. They won’t answer or return calls. Avoid using them !!!

When i first moved into my house it took 3 weeks till they actually took my garbage. I kept calling trying to figure out when they were going to take it first it was one day then a different day.
They throw our garbage cans in yard sometimes on street. Over the years they have broken our garbage cans. They cost $25- 30. And they never answer the damn phone.
Second week I haven’t had my trash picked up I’d like to know what’s going on we’re on yutes run road and I can’t get through to them on their line just keep getting a busy signal I’ve called numerous times never had a phone call back
Terrible service. Sometimes they pick up the garbage, most times they don’t. Will not return calls. My best recommendation is choose a different garbage service if you have a choice.
I would give a 0 if I could. Called NUMEROUS times to get quote to obtain service. Told once 4 days ago, someone would call back that afternoon. I have called 3 times a day since and cannnot get a hold of anyone.
Morrow Refuse is good name, because these people refuse to do their job. They don’t even come by for weeks at a time. When you call whoever answers the phone does not sound sober. WD needs a new service ASAP.

I have never had an issue with Morrow. The lady is super nice, always calls back and Tom my collector goes out of his way.
