Horrible Horrible phone service !! Took 2 weeks and probably 18 plus calls to talk to a human being all to find out I never needed to call as I no longer will be getting a 1095-B as I am now in the Medicare PPO System. Used to be great service there but in last 3 years has declined badly.

The customer service there is good when u walk in. But if you try to pay your premium online or take care of things on the phone, It’s horrible.

Very uncooperative people; worst people to deal with by far, extreme disrespect for elderly and people with various challenges. Avoid them if you can but if you do not have a choice then you are very unfortunate.
There seem to be a lot of disgruntled folks with our plan…but, I don’t know guys…I see people in that office trying to HELP and they have REPEATEDLY done so for me!…SO THANK YOU…for doing your best and solving issues for us all. Julio Macat

Very uncooperative over the phone. I was billed $670 for lab work for my regularly annual physical for going to my regular physician who is 3 min away from my house who accepts PPO
This office has been amazing for us. We have had some big health issues in the last 2 years, and they have been nothing but helpful. So grateful to them!

who makes decisions? chooses what is most convenient for the members? I now believe no amount of money would buy good health insurance, It would pay really good salaries to not very good CEOs though…
My son is trying to get his money to survive but your major incompetence is unbelievable. You either don’t know what you are doing, or just don’t care. I guess since you are collecting a paycheck nothing else matters! What a terribly run organization. How disheartening for people in need.
I haven’t had any problems with Mpiphp in 30 years union.
I use tha Anthem/blue cross hmo plan. We’ve used it for 2 kids also.
I use the Toluca lake clinic ,open til 8pm,and the Valencia clinic. Works for us fine.

I called in to ask a few questions about my Retirement Benefits so that I could fill out a Financial Disclosure for a Divorce. Lady on the line was incredibly rude and hung up on me! I’ve called dozens of time in the last year and have had only good experiences with the staff. I don’t always like the answers I get but they have always given honest answers. Retiring and medicare is a lot to digest and can be overwhelming but write your questions down and try to remember that they are trying to help you.
