  1. Amazingly reliable service with consideration of regular inclement weather and dead trees around lines. Staff are helpful. Power outages are few and short lived.

  2. Cost of electricity is over priced. Whenever there is an outage they never give an estimated time of repair. We get it’s an estimate just throw a number out to us. In AZ, the electric company APS always gave an estimated time for repair. Outages are frequent in winter months.

  17. I love that I can easily check online to view usage or any other concerns I have. After the Troublesome fire, I was able to monitor when my power went off, and subsequently when it was restored.

  21. I really appreciate the power outage email notifications that also let us know when power is restored. Very helpful. Customer service is also very friendly as a new customer, I felt like I was talking to a friend.
