They charge you a rediculous fee of $30 every month just for the right to have electric. I totally wish there was another company to get rid of this Monopoly.
Amazingly reliable service with consideration of regular inclement weather and dead trees around lines. Staff are helpful. Power outages are few and short lived.
Cost of electricity is over priced. Whenever there is an outage they never give an estimated time of repair. We get it’s an estimate just throw a number out to us. In AZ, the electric company APS always gave an estimated time for repair. Outages are frequent in winter months.

Our house is still under construction, so we’re on temporary power for now, but between customer service interactions to set that up as well as utility bills for our current rental, we are so please with MPE! They are a great company that sees value in investing in the community and supporting the needs of rural Coloradans!

We have lived in Vermont and Utah prior to moving to Winter Park . Electric reliability and costs are better than either.
