  1. terrible customer service. Asked for a manager to call me back waited a week called back and they are telling me i have to wait another 48 hours. They let anyone open an account if they have a social security #. No security checks. Had some one open an account under my name a racked up thousands. Just terrible.

    Our electric bills have been about 50% more than other electric providers. It also appears that they will not be crediting back our termination fee from Trieagle, who were much less expensive. I’ll keep you posted.

  12. Forced to use this company with my solar panels for 4 years. For the last 6 months they have double charged me for what my solar panels produced. They refused to correct it. Luckily green mountain energy now offers a solar plan!
