I have worked with many different management companies and this company is by far the worst. They do nothing except make sure to take our money. Avoid at all costs!! (It won’t let me respond, but I am no longer involved with you guys due to your terrible services)
No help with the issues, complete runaround, they kept trying to pass the problem onto other companies. Once the checks are cashed, customers issues are ignored. In this time of a pandemic, shouldn’t be that hard to help me with my tiny issue, Mperial just chose not to, because they already got paid.

Absentee management: the first and only contact I have had with Mperial was a late notice for my yearly HOA fee. Nothing prior as to what the fee would be nor even where to send a payment. When it is a once a year payment, a heads up reminder would be in order.
