We have the highest package which says like up to 10mbs upload and download and at most we only get 2 of each and the internet is constantly getting really high ms/ping lag. Which makes us unable to watch Netflix, Youtube, or Twitch unless were in 240P and it still buffers
The staff was excellent. The team at the office was helpful and friendly while they walked me through everything. In addition, the install team could not have been better. They were respectful and knowledgeable; keeping me informed and involved throughout the process.
as a previous employee of this company I would only recommend going with them if they are the only option. the service it self is decent but it is extremely overpriced 4mbps for $50 is insane. you would probably be better off going with your satellite tv provider. I recommend DirecTV
We pay $50 a month for up to 4mbps. We dont even run at that speed. At best we get .8mbps.
