It’s clear when you call in to schedule your follow-up apt that the Staff in this office could care less about you as a patient. No one answers the phone and no one calls you back!! I would not recommend this health care facility
Their own website says 7 am to 7 pm. When me and my friend arrived at 6.20 pm after we were told it’s 7 am 7 pm, we found they are close. It may be just one day. But why we weren’t told that today they were gonna close before 6.20?
Call them made an appt and gave them all my information plus my insurance and said they would call my ins. They gave me an appt got there 30min early I live an 1hrs30mins away when I got there they had nothing on me they forgot to put me in. Need more reliable and workers that know what they are doing.

Look no further, this is the place! Called various locations in which the waiting time was over 30 days for an appointment. With MRI Associates of Winter Haven I was able to have an appointment within the same week. From the lady and the front desk and my wonderful tech Gia, they will make you feel comfortable and at ease.

I have been to this facility twice recently for a Mammogram and then later for a CT Scan. I found the staff organized, professional and caring! Would definitely recommend this facility!
Came here for an MRI on my shoulder. First visit here and was taken care of by a friendly lady at the front desk with the check in process. When I went back to the room had a male, who I don’t recall his name, was very professional and polite. Explained everything. Was done in 30 min or so.
Mammograms are never pleasant. That said ,the gal who did mine at MRI Associates of Winter Haven was awesome! Polite, courteous, and reassuring. A+++ in my book!
Thoroughly enjoyed the friendly and enjoyable experience at Mri Associates, especially after having horrible customer service at another mri clinic.

Professional, friendly and efficient from check in at front desk to the service providers/techs doing xrays, MRI’s, ultrasounds, etc. The entire staff is great. It’s always a pleasant experience when I go there.
The up front staff is friendly and patient. I have had many tests performed here X-rays cat scan and MRI and always by a professional courtesy staff member. Today was a cat scan and my tech was patient kind and very explanatory to what was coming and how long it would take .
They have the most sweet and caring staff. They take great care of their patients. I recommend MRI Associates of Winterhaven to all of my family and friends.
