I asked for an estimate. The guy came out and said that I would recieve an email, never got it. I emailed the person that set up the appointment but never heard back from them either.
Be prepared to pay extras. Basic service doesn’t include all weeds that may pop up in your yard and the additional services will cost you more than the basic service costs. Not the service I was expecting.

Wife came home after lawn service completed and let our pets outside. So called “professionals” left our gate open… Not impressed with customer service. If you have pets, better check your gates after they visit your home.
I haven’t had a lot of interaction with MRW but everything has gone smoothly. They are prompt, courteous, and thorough. The guy that came out is very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and very helpful with suggestions that are above and beyond what is required.
I absolutely think MRW is the best in customer service, application of lawn care products, and evaluation of my lawn. I had another company previous to MRW however, they were no where close to the value I receive from MRW. I also highly recommend MRW to my friends.
