Myself and a few others have called for the past week trying to set an appointment to get a meter marked. We STILL can’t get it done because the people we need to talk to apparently DON’T come to work.
Always very helpful with any of the questions that we have had. We have moved from a different water company and are not use to the service that we get from Mt Olive.
We’re building a home in the county, and Mt. Olive has been very helpful through the process. I’ve only encountered positive feedback from all the employees and am thankful to be in this water district.
Extorted money from me for Bill of past account, not my own. Tried to pay deposit but they could not locate address of house and never made attempt to find the meter. Woman at desk has personality disfunction and most unpleasant person to deal with. She has totally mismanaged accounts creating undue burden to customers.
They claim I didn’t give them a deposit of $200 which I have a receipt for. I have owned the property for 5 years and they still claim I don’t, even after I showed the deed when I paid the extra $200 deposit on top of $100 deposit for rural water that is still not at the property 5 years later. Ridiculous
