Had a full appointment and bought glasses, the bill was $200 more than VSP insurance quote. Office manager would not talk to me. Told me to deal with insurance. Called VSP and they said I was overcharged. Called MT Baker and they refused again. Called VSP and they handled it. Got my $200 refund and will not go back to MT Baker Vision

I scheduled and received a good eye exam from these folks, and their location is very convenient here in Lynden. They cater to every member of the family. They have a larger frame store in Bellingham providing most frame styles, so the process of exam to finished glasses, will usually be split between these two locations.

Dr. Kelly Larsen is amazing. I have very complicated vision issues and she was able to correct them better than any of my last 3 eye doctors. She is fun to connect with, has a great personality. The office is run so respectfully and they are always on time.
I’ve had consistently good care from this clinic. They are very knowledgeable and professional in their approach. Oh, and I like Dr. Koning’s humor.

Dr Larsen is so kind and easy to talk with. She also explains what is happening to my eyes anatomically as I age which is nice to understand. She really wants to make sure that the prescription is the right one for you. Her staff is very accommodating and understanding . I would highly recommend her and her team .
The new Lynden location looks better . I had to wait to be seen and was not taken back to a room for almost 30 minutes. I do not want to wear a mask for 30 minutes and not be able to breathe . Would be better if you had a waiting area provided outside- or give patients a choice to wait outside or in their car with a beeper.
