This place is frightening! They are afraid to USE their supplies. If I had listened to them I would have lost my leg. This us the second time the ER has failed. The first time they didn’t cast or properly splint a broken arm. Epic failure!
Dr. Was very rude and unprofessional. The staff act like it’s there personal social time. Very loud and on there phones more often then helping people.
I have had to have some lab work and tests done recently. Every time, the staff is friendly. I usually don’t have to wait too long even when I’m just a walk-in patient. They have always explained exactly what they are doing so you know what’s going to happen next and what to expect.
They Mt. Graham Medical Center, charged $3,500 for a simple 25 min MRI to my left ankle!! I called a few MRI places in the Phoenix area just to compare prices. The PHX area MRI would have been $300!!! Mt Graham Medical Center is ripping the people of Graham County off! I will travel to the Phx next time for sure!!
