I had a inoperative power supply to equipment furnished by MTCO for use with TV. I contacted them via email to ask where to buy power supply, they let me know the power supply was available from MTCO at no charge. Service received from the folks at MTCO is excellent!!!!
By FAR the best internet service you can get. Fiber is FANTASTIC. Price is great. Internet never goes down or has hiccups. Latency while playing games is beyond good. If I ever move away from MTCO, I’ll be genuinely sad about it.
I have had Google Fiber and Metronet fiber internet for the last 5 years. Comparatively MTCO communications has the highest plan prices and they charge you for renting their router. They also have data caps. MTCO is taking a play from Comcast’s playbook.

The guy from MTCO was vary nice, they said he would be there around 10:00 in the morning and showed up around 10:30 I thought was pretty good. He got done what he had to do in about an hour and half and was gone. I could not have been more pleased
TV and internet service on their fiber network is absolutely wonderful. I’ve had to call for support two times in four years, both my fault. Both times they went above and beyond, even tech support on Sunday, slightly after hours.
All I know is that they have some serious problems in the Washington area and it is taking them many days to get the internet back up which is causing massive problems at both their residential and commercial accounts. I would be suing them if I had their service what a joke

I am a new customer. Got an install apt within a couple of days of calling. The Install was quick and painless. Tech was polite and prompt. And their customer service reps have been extremely polite and responsive. As long as their internet service remains fast and they don’t have too many interruptions, they’ll a great provider.
I originally gave a poor review, however, over the last couple years, MTCO has dramatically improved their customer service and we have not had any of the previous connection issues we had the first year. Our new fiber connection is great and we upgraded our router as well. Much much better. Thanks!
