The business hours are terrible. Closed on Saturday and if you work till 5pm, during the week, forget it, they are closed before you get there.

This is a new account and my ATM card will not work still Ive been back to the bank 4 different times trying to figure out whats wrong with my card. Personal checking – folks are friendly and personable. Their website works – which is a big plus over my previous bank. Unlike some banks, they will issue an ATM card without forcing you to carry a debit card on your account.
I have banked with this credit union since 1997. my experience has been great. I love their “round up” program which allows you to build up your savings a little more quickly. I have referred my daughter as well and she has been banking with them for years.

Almost 20 years and now leaving because they can’t/won’t let you know that you have an account that has an issue. Instead they charge you and expect you to just smile and be happy. Go elsewhere and save your headache. And money.

I would never leave this credit union. Andrew is the best loan officer around and works very hard to get you the help you need.
