Front counter ladies are lovely but the women in the office are so rude and cold to anyone, and everyone. So rude in person, so rude on the phone. Horrible, horrible service.
Worked for the Light Department many years ago. It was the most unsafe, unfriendly and depressing place to be. The recent reviews seem to show it hasn’t changed much.
I payed my bill online while I was at work. I get home to find out the power was shut off. They then tell me I have to pay another $60 to get it turned back on.
This company is a joke! Haven’t known any utility company this worst! And if you tell your costumer you’ll turn their power back on at noon, turn it back on at the time you told them.
Absolutely the worst electric company I have ever had …. make sure you pay that 50.00 deposit on time or they will charge you 170.00 !!!! Who does that!! People have lives and sometimes forget, a courtesy call would’ve been great !
Power on our block goes out way to often yet the houses across the street still have theirs. Have brought this up multiple times when I call, yet it still constantly happens. Supposedly reworked our area a couple of years back and was assured that the problems was fixed but it wasn’t. Very frustrating.
From a five ☆ 2yrs ago to a 1 now. Don’t help their customers with anything but take money. Their trash pickup won’t even walk 3 ft out of their way for trash up, they send power line workers out by themselves, send repairman to house that don’t do their job and then they charge 100 bucks.
Yard waste pickup could use some help. They have been consistently late picking up our grass clippings throughout the summer. It is now fall and nothing has improved. I have had trash can sitting out since Friday and it is now the following …
They have not emptied my recycle container for weeks and weeks and every time I call they say the same thing, just be patient we will get around to it sooner or later. What do you think they would say if I told they I will pay my bill sooner or later, just be patient.
If I could have a different service I would. I paid my bill in full. And they had an old woman work the window, she took my money gave me my receipt and change. Come the next month my bill doubled! Thay didn’t put my payment on my account! …
