  4. Thieves absolutely awful. Lonnie Wright is the biggest crook and scam artist in Texas. I hate how this process is managed and we are locked in without the flexibility to hold them accountable

  5. Simply the best operator in the Houston area. People complaining about fees, cost, water quality and the like have no idea what MOC actually does. They need to complain to their city or MUD board, MOC maintains the district, handles billing, and reads the meters.

  6. BIG fee robbery especially the LSGW/SJRA charges. The website has old fee info and is impossible to find important info such as when is the next public board meeting and what does LSGW mean. New digital meters at street just installed so efficiency pending. Too many high and convoluted fees.

  7. The girl I talked to on the phone was nice enough with my concern/question, but they should consider paying their door tag hanging employees more if they have to pass on their wage ($10 a tag) to the customer. I guess I should save the tag instead of throwing it away like I was going to. Wow.

  8. Horrible water company but we have to be stuck with them for years. They are the most dishonest and money hungry water district only looking out for themselves!! And they also love making up charges or ways to scam you fee charges that are their own fault!!

  11. Trash. My card expired on my account so my payment didn’t go through. Instead of handing the pink slip to an adult standing in the open garage in the front of the house they pulled up and handed it to a 4 YEAR OLD Riding their scooter on the sidewalk.

How are we suppose to pay a bill when your Payment website gives no option to pay the bill and the automatic pay number doesn’t recognize the account number that YOU have listed as the account number???   23. Montgomery county mud is a complete joke. My card was declined because it was compromised and my new one just came in. The extra fees they charge for 1 day late is crazy and they don’t let you update your card in the system because they want to be able to charge the extra fee’s.
