Constantly forgetting one, never knows when they’ll be back, have an order for pickup for 19 days, I call every 2 days and they say they’ll send someone and here we are 19 days and counting.

  14. They fail to pickup the garbage and then blame the customer. They also charge if the lid is cracked open even after we instructed to leave the garbage if it’s to full for them.

  15. These guys are the worst and have you as a captive customer. If you want service file a complaint with the county and city in which you live. They will be compelled to fix the situation. They have a monopoly and overcharge you for the privilege.
