We enjoy our Music Mountain water at the office and have been doing so for years now. We have the large bottles as well as many individual packs delivered regularly. Their delivery drivers are friendly as well. We’re extremely pleased with their service and plan to use them for many years to come.
Horrible customer service. Have to call and threaten them for a delivery. Zero communications when they miss you or change dates and times per month. Keep changing route dates. They bought out our Ace Water Company where we had excellent service for years…Might as well just go pick up ourselves at Walmart.

Spent about 5 hours waiting there for product to be produced and loaded. Broker claimed product was ready when it wasn’t. Loading didn’t take too long. Make sure product is ready before heading over there. The dock is a little tricky but use all available space you have to back in if you’re loading on Coty Street.
We haven’t been able to get water delivered for over a month and will not replace or pickup our rented cooler which is not working correctly. The communication is very poor and inaccurate. This is very unfortunate as we used to really value and appreciate their service
They sent us out to deliver a load 200 miles away without failing to mention that the load is supposed to be unloaded by our driver and not the receiver. Then they threatened that they’ll bill me if we take the load to our yard until payment is resolved.
