It’s really sad you don’t receive your cut off notice until after you pay your bill after the 8th of the month and then you can’t call to see when your bill is due and I’m still paying for the cut off notice why and I don’t receive it

They don’t have a reliable way to track when your bill is due and power consistently goes out during bad weather. You can’t even report an outage because they send you to an automated voicemail that is completely full, you can’t even leave a message.
