In my lifetime i have experienced some really bad customer service but nothing like this. I mean the DMV and the IRS have nothing on these folks for bad customer service. Even the “management” will not call you back. Nates was great but this company is rough.

Just gat a call from then that their guys are not allowed to pick up boxes outside of the trash cans. This is not the first time they have whined about doing nothing more than their job. Their price is cheap but you get cheap service as well.

Today I was sitting in my garage when the pickup truck came by. The employee emptied our garbage can then brought the can back to the garage for me. I want to make sure to thank you for such kindness to our seniors.
Not sure if it’s the drivers or the office of Nate’s but had to quit due to NATES SANITATION not picking up our garbage for a month. They are not the same Christian believers that started the company and should be ashamed using the same name.
Nate’s is the Best! Have used them over 5 years, they always pick up everything I put out and never complain they just do it. I personally recommend them every chance I get. You won’t be sorry.

They charge you to pay the bill online. They charge a full month even if you start your service middle of the month. Also every other week skipping picking up trash. even if you only need pick up once a week they dont give you any deals only 3$ off a month. since nate died this company as went in the trash.

We’ve used Nate’s for years. Trash is picked up as scheduled, of course, and there’s no mess left. When amount is very large, following holidays, etc., or when pruning or yard debris is included, it’s picked up, cans placed back with lids on, and if there’s any spillage, it’s picked up. Best service we’ve ever had. Recommend highly.

It amazes me that even in the rain the guys take such care of the way the put things back. I’ve never had to get my can out of the road or pickup a lid. It’s a nightmare to try to pay your bill by phone. When you call they have an automated system now and if you get disconnected you’ll be thrown to the back of the line. Also for 3 callers on hold it takes about 15 to 25 minutes they were amazing until they got the new phone systems
