This company is irresponsible. Their clients smash into cars. Their clients are cited. It is chrystal clear that their clients are at fault; however, National Indemnity will not assume liability and provide their victims with rental car reservation to rent a car.
I got rear ended by someone that has this company. I’ve given them the police report, the estimate by their adjuster, what else do you need….blood? They’ve been holding my check for about a month now.
