Awful. Totally unprofessional… They all yell at each other on the job and half the time their security systems fail. Spend your money somewhere else on another security system. Only plus was there was this one guy who was respectful and nice, all the rest are jokes. If I could give no stars I would.
I bought my house with this security system in it and agreed to 6 months of service. After the 6 months i told them I did not want to continue and theh said I had signed a 5 year contract and had to keep my agreement or pay out of it.
I’ve been using this company for 2 years and always had a good experience. They have great customer service and I’ve always had prompt service when I needed it. It’s a great family company that offers lots of services. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
